POSITION SUMMARY:
Develop and manage detailed CNC machining methodologies and manufacturing processes for precision machined aerospace components from inception to completion. Special outside processes include but not limited to heat treating, shot peening ,chrome plating, cad plating, to comply with customer specifications.
Requirements
5-10 Years knowledge and experience is required in CNC machining.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
Develop and design tooling and fixturing for the machining of aerospace components.
Develop detailed machining process methodology of aerospace components.
Must be proficient using CAD/CAM systems.
CNC programming experience desirable
5-7 years experience in process planning of machined aerospace parts .
BS in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering desirable.
